At KURI Skincare, we accept returns within 10 days from the order date for eligible products. Please read our complete policy below to understand what qualifies for return.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations governing beauty and wellness products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered productsunless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of products for all our customers.
We accept returns within 10 days from the order date for the following cases:
Products damaged during shipping with visible external package damage
Manufacturing defects or quality issues with unopened products
Wrong product delivered or mismatch with order description
Items missing from your order as per invoice
Products delivered past their expiration date
Unopened products in original packaging with intact seals within 10 days of order date
Products that have been opened, used, or tested
Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
Products without original packaging, tags, or labels
Products damaged due to misuse or customer negligence
Sale, promotional, or discounted items (unless defective)
Products purchased during flash sales or special offers
Returns requested after 10 days from order date
Products without proof of purchase or order ID
Change of mind or personal preference reasons
Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (please do patch test before use)
You MUST contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage, defects, or incorrect items. Claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible for resolution.

Our team will review your request and evidence within 24-48 hours
If approved, we'll provide return instructions and arrange pickup or provide return shipping label
Pack the product securely in original packaging and hand over to courier during pickup
We'll inspect the returned product within 2-3 business days of receiving it
Based on inspection, we'll process replacement, store credit, or refund
After reviewing your return request, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
We'll send you a replacement product at no additional cost
Receive store credit to use on future purchases
Complete refund to your original payment method
Note: The resolution method will be determined based on product availability, nature of the issue, and individual case assessment. Our decision will be final.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
After we process the refund, it may take an additional 5-10 business daysfor the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundableunless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered).
Returns are accepted only within 10 days from the order date, not from the delivery date. Please track your order date carefully.
All returns are subject to quality inspection. Products must be in original, unused, and sealed condition (except for damaged/defective items).
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements or lack proper evidence/documentation.
Free samples, promotional gifts, or complimentary items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We may modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
