By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not place an order.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, fraudulent orders, or non-serviceable pin codes.
We currently ship to addresses within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Important: Pin code serviceability is verified at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations not covered by our logistics partner.

We partner with Delhivery and other reputed courier services for shipping. We reserve the right to use any logistics partner at our discretion based on serviceability and efficiency.
Note: Once the package is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and package condition during transit are the responsibility of the courier service.
FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets)
Cash on Delivery is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid.
Note: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice.
Customers MUST ensure:
Important: No refund or replacement will be provided if delivery fails due to: incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or non-reachable contact number. RTO (Return to Origin) charges will be deducted from refunds in such cases.
MANDATORY: Customers must inspect the package in the presence of the delivery person before accepting.
Critical: Once you accept and sign for the delivery, we will not be responsible for any damage claims, missing items, or quality issues unless reported within 24 hours with proper photo/video evidence showing the unboxing process. No claims will be entertained without unboxing video proof for damaged or tampered packages.
The courier's signed delivery receipt serves as proof that the package was delivered in acceptable condition. By signing, you acknowledge receipt of the package without visible damage. We are not liable for any claims made after the package has been accepted and signed for, unless supported by unboxing video evidence submitted within 24 hours.
Packages may be returned to us if:

Note: Refunds for RTO orders will be processed to the original payment method. Bank processing time of 5-10 business days is additional and depends on your bank.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Liability Disclaimer: In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel orders without liability. Refunds will be processed if payment has been received. We will not be held responsible for any consequential losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer due to delivery delays or cancellations arising from force majeure events.

Important: We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery is accepted and signed for without proper video evidence. Damage claims without unboxing video proof may be rejected at our discretion.
10.1 KURI Skincare's liability is strictly limited to the product purchase amount. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery failures.
10.2 We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed commitments.
10.3 Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the courier with proof of delivery, we are not responsible for theft, misplacement, or any issues arising thereafter, except in cases where delivery was made to the wrong address due to courier error.
10.4 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue shipping to certain areas without prior notice.
10.5 In case of disputes, our decision shall be final and binding. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
